Recording Policy for Jeffrey Hansler
Any organization creating audio or video recordings of Jeffrey Hansler's presentations are required to forward a complementary copy of such recordings to Oxford Company immediately following the event. All recordings must be professionally produced and duplicated and must properly indicate the following information on the label: name of the event, title of presentation, Jeffrey Hansler as the speaker, contact information for Jeffrey Hansler's booking agency for that event, and the following must be printed in its entirety "© Oxford Company, reproduced by permission." All audio and video recording agreements must be in writing and finalized prior to the date of the event.
Audio Taping
Audio recordings of Jeffrey Hansler's presentations are permitted at no additional cost and may be distributed and or made available for sale to attendees within the time frame of that event.
Organizations that have hired Jeffrey may also keep audio recordings of those presentations for the purpose of lending those copies to its members at any time.
Should an organization choose to sell audio recordings of Jeffrey's presentations at any time after the event, the fee to do so is 50% of Jeffrey's contracted speaking fee for the organization.
Video Taping
Video recordings of Jeffrey Hanlser's presentations are permitted at no additional cost. Usage of such recordings is limited to a maximum of ten minutes of footage and may not be re-presented for instructional purposes at any time. Said footage may be used for promotional and documentation purposes.
Should an organization choose to sell video recordings of Jeffrey's presentations at any time, the fee to do so is 50% of Jeffrey's contracted speaking fee for the organization. The recording must include Jeffrey's presentation in its entirety and may not be altered in any way. Under no circumstances may video recordings be sold to the general public.
